Scindapsus pictus ‘Exotica,’ commonly known as Exotica Pothos, is a captivating houseplant renowned for its stunning heart-shaped leaves adorned with striking silver and green variegation. This tropical vine thrives in bright, indirect light but can also adapt to lower light conditions, making it a versatile addition to various indoor spaces. It prefers well-draining potting soil and requires watering when the top inch of soil feels dry, as overwatering can lead to root rot. Exotica Pothos is known for its air-purifying properties, helping to filter toxins from the air and improve indoor air quality. Its trailing growth habit makes it perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or as a climbing plant with proper support. This low-maintenance plant is suitable for both novice and experienced gardeners, requiring minimal care to flourish. With proper attention, Scindapsus pictus ‘Exotica’ can thrive for many years, bringing a touch of lush greenery and elegance to your home decor.
